ORDER PROCESSING AND SHIPPING

How long does it take to process an order?

Please allow 2 - 4 business days for your order to be processed for shipping. We make every effort to fulfill orders as quickly as possible.

What happens after I placed my order?

After your order has been successfully placed, you will receive a confirmation email. Once it has been shipped, you will receive a second email containing your tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for your tracking information to be updated.

What about shipping?

We ship our Moji Wear & products domestically and to international destinations. Shipping times depend on your location. We store our goods in warehouses in the USA and in Europe. We provide excellent, reliable shipping services within the United States, Canada, Europe and the rest of the world.

Shipping times are only estimates and unfortunately, cannot be guaranteed. 

The USPS site quotes, but does not guarantee, 2 - 8 business days for domestic delivery. International shipping is longer.

**Shipping internationally does mean that you may be required to pay customs and import taxes. All international customers are responsible for the customs rates within their own country. For further information, we recommend contacting your local customs office.
